Mix together 2 cups uncooked macaroni (cooked al dente and drained), 2 lbs ground beef (or ground turkey, browned and drained), 2 cloves minced garlic, 12 oz can evaporated milk, 1 1/2 cups milk, 16 oz block Velveeta (cubed) and 1/2 cup melted butter in a 6-quart crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
