How to Make Steak Tacos in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
My dear readers, this Crock Pot Steak Tacos recipe is a favorite around our house. My 12 year old gets so incredibly excited when I make these. Everyone, even my pick eater, gobbles these right up with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend them on taste alone. However, they are also incredibly quick to throw together and cook long enough that you can easily have these on a weeknight. Since I work from home and was keeping a close eye on my flat iron steak, I noticed that mine was easily shredded by about 5 hours and 30 minutes. However, if I had used one of my slow cooker that cooks cooler that the one I used, it could have taken longer. So, as always, know your slow cooker. That will help you have a better idea of where your cooking time will fall within the time range.
